Pappa Wins Absolute Majority In Senate Special Election

Bigpappa140, with the Galactic Empire of Redmont (GER) party, has reigned victorious in the recent Senate special election with 20 votes (51.3%). The next runner-up, xEndeavour of the Redmont Reform Party (RRP), accumulated 16 votes (41%), and the only other candidate, an independent named AbsInf, gained 3 votes (7.7%). Pappa’s campaign was robust, with many prominent figures in Redmont politics, including President UnityMaster, endorsing them. It also appears that the opposition to the GER bloc rallied around xEndeavour and RRP, with the notable exception of the small independent vote. The Reveille Times has reached out to both Pappa and xEndeavour for comment, and has yet to receive a reply from either.
